Peter O'Sullevan Arena Receives British Showjumping Approved Venue Status

We are delighted to announce that the Peter O'Sullevan Arena has been awarded the British Showjumping Approved Venue Status.

The British Showjumping Approved Venue boards are issued to venues which pos-arenacan run British Showjumping competitions and/or British Showjumping training.  The criteria as a training venue which Palace House has met included assessments on the following:

  • Arena surface  - to ensure that it is safe and maintained correctly.
  • Jumps – ensuring that there are safety cups, wooden poles, adequate and safe wings and fillers
  • Arena Boundaries/fencing
  • Access
  • Sufficient parking
  • The affiliated training venues are also risk assessed on each individual training day by the British Showjumping Coach.
