Daily Demonstrations from the RoR horses:

Every day at 11.00am and 2.30pm there are demonstrations to show how a racehorse is retrained after it has finished racing. This might include dressage, lunging, long reining, pole work or grooming. The demonstration usually lasts 30 minutes to 1 hour. Please meet at the reception in the glass Atrium if you wish to watch a demonstration. SPORTING GODS: 50 Years of Sporting Photography by Chris Smith

Chris Smith has devoted half a century to capturing the drama, beauty, challenges and elation of sport, winning many prestigious awards along the way.  In 1976 Chris moved to The Sunday Times, acting as their principal sports photographer for 30 years. This exhibition celebrates five decades of Smiths iconic work, with over 50 photographs including Muhammad Ali, George Best, Ayrton Senna, Seve Ballesteros, Lester Piggott, Sir Henry Cecil along with a selection from Olympic Games. To see some images in the collection click here. Access is included in admission tickets.
