An Evening With Janice Coyle and Colin Brown

Thursday 11th April I 7pm - 8.30pm I £15 per ticket including a glass of Prosecco on arrival

Desert Orchid's devoted stable lass Janice Coyle will be joined by ex-jockey Colin Brown who rode 'Dessie' in over half of his races. They will discuss their experiences with the much loved National Hunt racehorse to mark Dessie's 30th birthday.

Easter Holidays at Palace House

Monday 8th April - Sunday 21st April I 10am - 5pm I Included in general admission

This Easter, head to Palace House for family fun including our Art Detective trail around the Skating exhibition. Get involved with our First Women exhibition, look out for our super cute special guests, Pip and Plum the donkeys, and find out about how we look after our resident ex-racehorses on our behind the scenes tours, daily at 11.30am and 2.30pm.

An Afternoon With Anita Corbin

Saturday 27th April I 2pm - 3pm I £10 per ticket including a tea or coffee and cake

Photographer Anita Corbin will be giving an artists talk on her visually arresting and immersive exhibition, 100 First Women, currently on display at Palace House. The artist's talk will be followed by a self-led tour around the exhibtion (3pm-4pm)

100 First Women Portraits by Anita Corbin

14th February - 10th June I Mon - Sat 10am - 4pm Sun 11am - 4pm I Included in general admission

100 First Women will be a visually arresting and immersive exhibition, featuring contemporary photographic portraits of celebrities and famous personalities from across the decades including explorer Felicity Aston, First Minister of Scotland, Nicola Sturgeon, business leader Dame Inga Beale, singer-songwriter Suzi Quatro and jockey Hayley Turner.
